Our Commitment

SparkChat, developed and published by Poacha Labs Pty Ltd, is committed to creating a safe environment for all users. We have an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following is strictly prohibited on SparkChat:

Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind, including AI-generated material
Grooming behaviour or any attempt to solicit minors
Sharing, requesting, or distributing exploitative content involving minors
Any content that sexualises minors in any way
Using the platform to facilitate any form of child exploitation

Enforcement Actions

When we identify or receive reports of CSAE content or behaviour, we will:

Immediately remove the offending content
Permanently ban the offending user account without warning
Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities
Preserve relevant evidence as required by law
Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

Detection and Prevention

SparkChat employs the following measures to prevent CSAE on our platform:

AI-powered content moderation to detect and block harmful content before it is delivered
User reporting mechanisms for flagging inappropriate content or behaviour
Regular review and improvement of our safety systems
Age-gating: SparkChat is rated 17+ and is not intended for use by children
